Welcome to the material for the Introduction to CST and the Osteopathic Family of Therapies review material. This material covers the 15 contact hours over five sessions taught at the Albuquerque School of Healing Arts by Eric Moya. All current students are welcome to review the material for learning purposes. For any participants who miss a session, the makeup must be completed as soon as possible after the class and must be completed prior to attending the next day of the course.

Making Up Missed Sessions:

In order to successfully complete the Intro to CST and the Osteopathic Family of Therapies, a participant must attend all sessions and/or make up any missed sessions. Below are the requirements for making up any of the missed material.

Making up session 1:

Making up session 2:

  • Watch all recorded lectures and demos of session 2.
  • Complete session 2 quiz. Click here to access quiz. Access code is ASHA
  • Practice the diagphragm techniques presented in the lecture and demo on two different people. 
  • Write up your experience of your practice sessions with a unique paragraph for each practice session. Submissions need to be typed and printed.

Making up session 3:

  • Watch all recorded lectures and demos of session 3.

  • Practice palpating the CSR and listening stations on two different people. 
  • Write up your experience of your practice sessions with a unique paragraph for each practice session. Submissions need to be typed and printed.
