The peer supervision groups/virtual study groups are a place for practitioners to come together and discuss professional practice issues. The Virtual Study Groups for CST/SER are focused around Upledger CST discussion and integration. The Peer Supervision Groups are multi-disciplinary groups and are open to any practitioner in clinical practice. The groups will be facilitated by an experienced facilitator and are a chance to come together and support each other. Each peer supervision group will begin with a few minutes of coming to presence followed by an open floor for practitioners to begin discussing items. Groups are included as part of your TIC membership.
Participants are encouraged to come to the peer supervision meeting with an open mind and a willingness to participate in the conversation. Any of the following items are topics that a peer supervision group might discuss:
- challenging client cases
- practice boundaries
- good business practices
- support in marketing and putting yourself out there
- technique questions
- and more
It is also encourages that participants bring to the group at least one client or questions they might like support with.
